Terms & Conditions

ORDERS

Please note we do not hold dates as we work on a first come, first served policy.  Bookings are not confirmed until we receive full payment and orders are subject to availability.

PRODUCE

Our Tables, Platters, Boxes and Graze Cups include a selection of all our usual goodies, but these may be subject to availability and seasonality.

 

ALLERGIES

PLEASE NOTE we work from a kitchen that is NOT allergen-free and due to the high risk of cross-contamination we cannot cater for allergies that cause adverse reactions.  All our products may contain, Celery, Cereals containing Gluten, Nuts, Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Peanuts, Sesame, Soybeans and Tree Nuts.

 

It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies, or intolerances well in advance. The Berry Box Co will not be liable for any circumstances that arise when an allergy, or intolerance has not been made aware to us. 

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer you an alternative date within 6 months of your original booking.  Your order will be subject to any price increases that may have been implemented since you first booked. 

GRAZING TABLES, PLATTERS, BOXES & GRAZE CUPS

Our Grazes are best enjoyed on the day of delivery, but if refrigerated should be consumed within 24 hours. We advise that food should be consumed within 4 hours and kept in a cool area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. In accordance with food hygiene and safety the food must be disposed of after 4 hours. Our responsibility of the food ends after we deliver.
