FAQs

​How do I order?
You can order one of our Grazes by completing the online enquiry form. Please note that we require a minimum of 3 days notice and orders are subject to availability.

Where are you based and do you deliver?

We are based in Hampshire and deliver within 10 miles of Liphook, charges will apply.  We are happy to travel further afield for large events, so please complete the enquiry form and we'll do our best to accommodate your booking.

What days / times do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 12pm to 4pm. Please note delivery times are subject to availability.

How do I pay?
We ask for payment via BACS transfer, using the account details provided. Orders are subject to availability and not confirmed until we receive full payment.

Allergies and dietary requirements

PLEASE NOTE we cannot cater for allergies that cause adverse reactions, due to the high risk of cross contamination.  Whilst every effort is made to cater for dietary requirements our food is NOT prepared in an allergen-free kitchen.  All products may contain traces of celery, cereals containing gluten, eggs, fish, lupin, mustard, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

Do you have a list of foods included?

You can find these on the "Grazing Tables" or "Grazing Platters" or "Graze Cup" "Brie Cakes" or "Grazing Boxes" Page.

Can Grazes be refrigerated?

Our Grazes are best enjoyed on the day of delivery, but can be refrigerated and should be consumed within 24 hour, excludes Brunch Boxes.

How long can the food remain out on the table?
We advise a 4 hour time period and food should be kept in a cool area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. In accordance with food hygiene and safety the food must be disposed of after 4 hours. Our responsibility of the food ends after delivery.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not give refunds.  However, we are happy to offer you a new date within 6 months of our original booking. Your order will be subject to any price increases that may have been implemented since you first booked. 

Are you insured?

We are fully insured and registered with Chichester District Council.  We also have current food hygiene and safety training and have been awarded a 5 Star Food Hygiene rating.​

 

Will photos of my event be used on your social media pages/website?
Yes, unless you ask us not to use any images taken at your event.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
